Chief Executive Officer and co-founder

Amar is CEO and Co-Founder of Bentry Capital, bringing 13 years of global project delivery experience. After leading a successful MBO, he launched Bentry to build a vertically integrated UK real estate platform. His expertise in scaling businesses and managing complex projects drives the firm’s strategic growth and capital partnerships.

Jazz Gill

Chief Financial Officer and co-founder

Jazz Gill, Co-Founder of Bentry Capital, is a seasoned Finance Director with expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and capital raising. He previously led Iconic Images’ £20m sale and now drives Bentry’s investment strategy, combining analytical rigour with collaborative leadership to deliver long-term value through UK property development.

Trading Director & co-founder

As Trading Director at Bentry Capital, Justin drives growth through strategic investment and business development. With 15+ years in property, he has built and scaled many successful ventures, including launching a Goodchilds franchise acquired by Belvoir PLC—highlighting his expertise in franchise growth and large-scale property operations.

David Ronson

National Sales & Marketing Director

David Ronson is Bentry Capital’s National Sales & Marketing Director, leading strategy across its UK portfolio. With over 15 years’ experience at top developers and agencies, he brings deep market insight, innovative branding expertise, and a proven track record in driving off-plan sales, commercial performance, and long-term portfolio value.

Francesca Davies

Sales & Marketing Associate

Francesca Davies is a Sales & Marketing Associate at Bentry Capital, supporting national campaigns across the firm’s residential and mixed-use portfolio. She contributes to brand communications, buyer engagement, and marketing strategy, helping drive commercial performance and visibility across key developments.

Neha Bubber

Financial Accountant

Neha is a qualified ACCA Chartered Accountant responsible for overseeing the accounting function of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. She manages financial data, prepares finalised accounts, and delivers detailed reports to support directors in strategic decision-making. Her focus is on maintaining accuracy and integrity throughout the company’s financial operations.

David Cain

Chief Development Officer and co-founder

David Cain is a seasoned construction and development leader with over 18 years’ experience. He founded Mellior Group in 2022, managing over £100m in projects. Known for revitalising complex schemes, David brings entrepreneurial vision and delivery expertise to Bentry Capital’s strategic growth and regeneration-focused investment platform.

Charlene Richardson

Accounts Manager

Charlene manages Mellior’s finance operations, overseeing accounting data, financial reporting, and compliance. She ensures accounts are finalised on time and in line with company standards. Her role includes auditing reports, maintaining records, and implementing systems that support strategic decision-making and provide accurate financial insights to Directors and senior leadership.

Lisa Manley

HR Manager

Lisa oversees all HR functions at Mellior, ensuring employment policies comply with current regulations and best practices. She manages recruitment, training, benefits, remuneration, and monitors attendance. Lisa ensures staff adherence to company standards while maintaining a compliant, supportive workplace that aligns with Mellior’s operational and strategic goals.

Paul Wong

Commercial Lead

Paul leads Mellior’s commercial function, bringing over 30 years of industry experience. He oversees governance, cost viability, and risk management across all projects. Working closely with Operations, he ensures that delivery aligns with company standards. As the primary point of contact for contracts, Paul liaises with legal consultants to safeguard Mellior’s commercial interests.


Steven Hughes

Operations Lead

With 15+ years in construction and development, Steven leads operations at Mellior. He works with the Commercial Lead to shape processes, drive team productivity, and ensure project quality. As Operations Lead, he oversees health & safety management while supporting strategic planning, cost appraisals and risk analysis across development opportunities, aligning delivery with company growth.


Neil Shaw

Senior Design Manager

Neil brings deep expertise in design, construction, and compliance, with a strong focus on cost-to-value risk mitigation. He excels at leading multidisciplinary teams, chairing workshops, and driving strategic solutions. Passionate about continuous learning, Neil also mentors team members, fostering both technical growth and professional development across the business.
