Bentry Capital snaps up Ronson to lead national sales push

Boutique investor-developer Bentry Capital has appointed seasoned London operator David Ronson as its new National Sales and Marketing Director as the business accelerates its residential portfolio across the capital and the North of England.

Bentry Capital, with HQ in London and in-house construction arm Mellior Group in Liverpool, is carving out a niche delivering contemporary homes – from new builds to clever office-to-resi conversions – aimed at both first-time buyers and investors hunting for connected, high-growth locations.

Ronson brings more than 15 years’ experience at the sharp end of London’s residential market.

He made his name as Sales and Marketing Director at Avanton, driving the sell-out of Battersea’s Coda tower and launching the Ruby Triangle masterplan off-plan to both domestic and overseas buyers. His CV also includes stints at Savills, CBRE and Heron International.

DOUBLE ACT

He’s joined by Francesca Davies (main picture, left), stepping in as Sales and Marketing Associate, after working alongside Ronson at Avanton where the pair became known for eye-catching show apartments, punchy buyer incentives and savvy social campaigns that cut through to the next wave of homeowners.

Ronson says: “I am delighted to be joining the dynamic team at Bentry Capital, a leading investor-developer with a very exciting portfolio of schemes in London and the North.

“Today’s buyers want thoughtfully designed homes in connected locations.”

“Today’s buyers want thoughtfully designed homes in connected locations, whether it’s a first-time buyer getting on the property ladder or an investor seeking a smart pied-à-terre with strong yield potential. Bentry Capital is delivering high-quality, design-led homes and it is a fantastic time to be joining the team to help enhance their offering nationwide.”

Co-founders Amarveer Singh Pannu and Jazz Singh Gill hailed Ronson’s appointment as a key step in Bentry’s growth phase, with a string of live and pipeline sites due to launch.

David Cain, Co-founder and Chief Development Officer, adds: “It is fantastic to have David joining the team at such an exciting time for the business. “He has fantastic experience in marketing new homes to buyers and we look forward to delivering the best product on the market together.”
